Our data suggest that the DAMPs and tumor antigens produced during the ICD of SK-MEL-147 cells upon transduction with p14ARF+IFNβ were able to activate iDCs, which in turn primed T cells to produce IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-10, and could also induce a specific cytotoxic population recognizing and killing SK-MEL-147 cells. The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is neoplasm.
