The levels of cholesterol 25-hydroxylase-like protein a (ch25ha), tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 11b (tnfrsf11b), E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase znrf1 (znrf1), and suppressor of cytokine signalling 1 (socs1) were significantly induced by R. salmoninarum infection in both H-BKD and L-BKD groups, and there was an infection level-dependent induction for socs1, with the highest level seen for the H-BKD group (Figures 6A–D). This evidence concerns the gene UBE2E3 and infection.
