The incidence of hand-foot syndrome (34.5% vs. 29%), change in hair color (34.5% vs. 30%), and elevated ALT/AST (34.5% vs. 60%) in our study was similar to that in the COMPARZ study, while all other toxicities were encountered much less frequently in our study (Guo et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and Hand-foot syndrome.
