Similar to what we observed in primary neurons, we measured selectively increased DNA damage in progerin-treated HD neurons (Figure 6F, treatment p = 0.0514, genotype p = 0.1383, post-test vs. nGFP same genotype Hu18/18 p > 0.9999, Hu97/18 p = 0.0190) that was not seen with nGFP treatment, thus further supporting exacerbation of HD-like changes in aged neurons.
