To determine the role of CEP55 in CRC progression, we detected the CEP55 expression in a healthy colon cell line (NCM460) and a series of CRC cell lines (including HT‐29, HCT116, SW480, LoVo, and Caco‐2), and observed higher expression levels of CEP55 in four cell lines (HT‐29, HCT116, SW480, and Caco‐2) (Figure 7G,H) (p < .05). This evidence concerns the gene CEP55 and colorectal carcinoma.
