MBTPS1 and COVID-19: On these premises and taking into account that S1P is involved in viral infections (Wolf et al, 2019), and in sepsis (Winkler et al, 2019), the objective of this study was to determine the serum levels of S1P, and its transporters apoM and albumin, to evaluate their clinical importance as prognostic/predictive biomarkers in COVID‐19.
