Compared to para-carcinoma tissues, the relative expression level of PVT1 was significantly increased about 2.28 times (43 of 70) of BC samples (P<0.001) (Figure 1A, 1B), and the relative expression level of miR-194-5p was significantly decreased about 42.92% (46 of 70) of BC samples (P=0.023) (Figure 1C, 1D).
