Our results also show that a higher expression of miR-9-5p in the GBM tissue is associated with a poorer survival (p = 0.01) in patients with IDH-mutated GBM, whereas in all tissues, regardless of the IDH mutation, a higher miR-9-5p expression was associated with better survival (p = 0.012). Here, IDH2 is linked to glioblastoma.
