ACTB and cancer: To be exact, although the effect was marginal, β-actin-neutralizing antibodies significantly attenuated the anticancer effect of the EV 1 in more than three different types of cancer cells (HepG2, MKN-74, and T98G) (Figure 6), and fibrinogen-neutralizing antibodies attenuated the anticancer effect of the EVs 1, 3, and 5 in HepG2 and that of the EVs 1, 2, and 4 in MKN-74 (Figure 6).
