FOLH1 and prostate cancer: Gallium 68-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen-11 (68Ga-PSMA) positron emission tomography (PET) has been shown to be useful in detecting prostate cancer both within the prostate gland53 and in recurrent and metastatic disease.54 In addition, it has more recently been shown to increase sensitivity for localized cancer when performed in conjunction with multiparametric MRI as 68Ga-PSMA PET/MRI.
