As markers for the diagnosis of sarcoidosis, miR-145, miR-301, miR-425-5P, and miR-885-5P were significantly positively correlated with the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ lymphocytes in the BALF of patients with sarcoidosis, suggesting a potential link between the expression of these miRNAs and CD4+ lymphocyte activation and aggregation in sarcoidosis. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and sarcoidosis.
