CTLA4 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: Next, we tried to determine the associations between the expression of immunotherapeutic targets PD-1 (PDCD1), PD-L1 (CD274), PDCD1LG2 and CTLA-4 (CTLA4) (Figures 7F–I)and the methylation risk of ccRCC patients, and Spearman’s correlation analysis revealed that the expressions of PDCD1 (R = 0.37, P < 0.0001, Figure 7F), PDCD1LG2 (R = 0.1, P = 0.077, Figure 7G), and CTLA4 (R = 0.41, P < 0.0001, Figure 7I) were positively correlated with the methylation risk of patients with ccRCC.
