Based on the interquartile range, some cancer types, such as lower-grade glioma (LGG), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) have a widespread of MET expression, while cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL) has a narrow spread, which may be due to some cancer types having more than one subtype and therefore having more genetic diversity (Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene MET and glioblastoma.
