Based on the interquartile range, some cancer types, such as lower-grade glioma (LGG), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) have a widespread of MET expression, while cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL) has a narrow spread, which may be due to some cancer types having more than one subtype and therefore having more genetic diversity (Figure 1A). The gene discussed is MET; the disease is cholangiocarcinoma.
