TP53 and breast cancer: The relative expression pattern of cell survival genes (TP53, BCl2, and CDK2), transcription factors involved in mammary carcinogenesis (NF-κB and STAT-3), proangiogenic molecules (MAPK, iNOS, MMP2, and MMP9), and growth factors (TGFB1, VEGFA, and EGFR) was found to be overexpressed in the mammary tumor tissue homogenate.
