Taken together, these signal pathways, related to AT preventing and treating IS, could be approximately classified into three categories as follows: atherosclerosis, regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes, and PPAR signal pathway were associated with lipid metabolism; coagulation cascades, arachidonic acid (AA) metabolism, and platelet activation had a connection with the therapy of antiplatelet aggregative activity and anticoagulation; and HIF-1 signal pathway, inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels, and Th17 differentiation might be the potential therapeutic signal pathway. Here, HIF1A is linked to ataxia telangiectasia.
