Furthermore, immunohistochemical analysis of a tissue microarray (TMA) with 83 matched colon cancer and adjacent normal colon tissues showed that SEMA4C protein levels were significantly upregulated in the CRC tissues (P = 6.449E-10); SEMA4C protein was mainly localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm in the CRC cells (Figure 2B, 2C).
