The results revealed that the population of CD45Ra+/Foxp3+ regulatory B cells was significantly increased in the ASC/ALS/CsA treatment group 2 weeks after hind-limb allotransplantation compared to that in controls (Fig. 4a) and was skewed toward normal at 4 weeks after transplantation. The gene discussed is FOXP3; the disease is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
