BRF2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Recently, studies identified BRF2 as a prognostic marker of unfavorable survival for both squamous cell carcinoma (SqCC) (p = 0.007) [22] and non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC) (p = 0.001) [23], as well as esophageal cancers (p = 0.009) [24].
