In this study, we found that some key metabolites related to glycolysis showed a dramatic decrease in GATA6 knockout groups, including dihydroxyacetone (DHAP), G3P, phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP), and pyruvic acid (Figs. S5, S6), suggesting that GATA6 is one of the key factors in the regulation of glycolysis in trastuzumab resistant gastric cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene GATA6 and gastric cancer.
