Inspired by the unique capabilities of biological NPs, we engineered a GBM-targeting synthetic protein nanoparticle (SPNP) comprised of polymerized human serum albumin (HSA) and oligo(ethylene glycol) (OEG), loaded with the cell-penetrating peptide iRGD31–33 as well as STAT3i. The gene discussed is ALB; the disease is glioblastoma.
