ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Lorlatinib is a potent, CNS-active, highly selective ALK/ROS1 inhibitor that has been approved in the European Union, the US, Canada and Japan as a monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with ALK-positive advanced NSCLC, whose disease has progressed after alectinib or ceritinib as the first ALK TKI, or crizotinib and at least one other ALK TKI [26,27].
