The results of the expression of SRRM2, miR-27a/b-3p are presented in Fig 2F–2H that indicate a significant downregulation of SRRM2 (p = 0.0002) and miR-27a-3p (p = 0.0001), and overexpression of miR-27b-3p (p = 0.02) in patients with PD compared to healthy controls, which were 0.28 ± 0.07, 0.04 ± 0.01 and 3.62 ± 0.62, respectively. Here, SRRM2 is linked to Parkinson disease.
