To validate these observations, we performed immunohistochemistry (IHC) analysis of EZH2 expression in our cohort of HCC patients, indicating that high expression of EZH2 was strongly associated with poor OS (Fig. 1c) and increased tumor nodule numbers (Fig. 1d), enhanced tumor size (Fig. 1e), elevated cancer progression (Fig. 1f), high pathological grade (Fig. 1g), increased tumor recurrence (Fig. 1h) as well as increased venous invasion (Fig. 1i), enhanced vascular tumor thrombus (Fig. 1J), and elevated liver capsule invasion (Fig. 1k). Here, EZH2 is linked to cancer.
