Our results indicated that knockdown of EZH2 in HCC cells significantly inhibited the tumor sphere formation and migration, whereas antagomir-200c transfection partly rescued the effect caused by EZH2 knockdown, suggesting that EZH2 promoted liver cancer progression at least in part by restraining the expression of miR-200c (Fig. 4j, k). Here, EZH2 is linked to liver cancer.
