EZH2 and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma: Indeed, EZH2 expression has been shown to regulate cancer growth and metastasis in laryngeal squamous cells carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, melanoma, and pancreatic cancer7,26,32,33, whereas other studies show that EZH2 expression improves chemosensitivity in acute myelocytic leukemia34 and functions as a tumor suppressor in kras-driven lung adenocarcinoma35.
