Our data suggested that the MYLK-AS1/miR-424-5p/E2F7 axis played a potentially adverse role in the prognosis of HCC patients when miR-424-5p was low expressed in cancer tissues and this axis was the only ceRNA regulatory one that indicated a negative association with OS at both its lncRNA and mRNA ends. This evidence concerns the gene MYLK and hepatocellular carcinoma.
