The true positive rate of EUS-FNAB in the diagnosis of neoplasm and its relationships with age, sex, target puncture mass size, liver function (transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamyl transferase, serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin), tumor markers (CA19-9, CEA, AFP, CA125, ferritin), albumin, hypertension, and diabetes were examined.
