Meanwhile, in another dataset from the study by Ma Breast study, we found a 2.596-fold increase in the level of HCK mRNA transcripts in invasive ductal breast carcinoma stroma (P=3.21 E-4) (Fig. 1C) and 3.157-fold increase in in situ samples of ductal breast carcinoma compared with non-cancer tissues (P=2.46 E-6) (Fig. 1D). The gene discussed is HCK; the disease is breast ductal adenocarcinoma.
