Knockdown or overexpression of IKKα in thyroid cancer cells did not change the nuclear translocation of p65/p50 (Supplementary Fig. S6B, C), and the expression of NIS and Tg regulated by IKKα were not affected when NF-κB signaling was inhibited by treatment with QNZ or JSH-23, which mediated the downregulation of phospho-p65 (Supplementary Fig. S6D, E).
