Mechanism investigations of an article have suggested that MAPK1 and GRB2 are found to be the targets of miR‐378a‐3p, and upregulated miR‐378a‐3p is able to increase the cisplatin sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells via binding to MAPK1 and GRB2,13 implying that miR‐378a‐3p functions in ovarian cancer by targeting other genes. The gene discussed is GRB2; the disease is ovarian cancer.
