TP53 and melanoma: KEGG pathway analysis showed that these m6A modified M3TEGs were significantly associated with 15 signaling pathways, including Lysosome, Cell cycle, TGF-beta signaling pathway, Chronic myeloid leukemia, Proteoglycans in cancer, Focal adhesion, Pathways in cancer, Transcription misregulation in cancer, Signaling pathways regulating pluripotency of stem cells, Progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, Bladder cancer, p53 signaling pathway, Melanoma, Notch signaling pathway, and Colorectal cancer (Figure 6B).
