Although there is an ongoing debate about the appropriate amount and intensity of exercise [54], 30 min of daily moderate-intensity exercise may help reduce CVD risk in the following ways: it may increase insulin sensitivity and help control blood sugar level, and it positively influences the anti-inflammatory response, obesity, blood pressure, cholesterol level, and endothelial function [53,55].
