Consistently, BAP1 mRNA levels were lower in tumor tissue than those in normal tissue (Fig. 1B), and higher in early‐stage PCa tissues with Gleason score 6 than those in late‐stage PCa tissue with Gleason score 7/8) (Fig. 1C), which data were obtained from R2 database (https://hgserver1.amc.nl/cgi‐bin/r2/main.cgi).
