Differentially expressed genes (fold change ≥ 2, FDR < 0.05) were selected and then subjected to the KEGG pathway enrichment analysis by online tool DAVID (http://david.ncifcrf.gov/home.jsp), which showed that the differentially expressed genes were enriched for tumor‐associated pathways such as PI3K‐Akt signaling pathway and pathways in cancer (Fig. 3A).
