In our study, there were 24 patients with HPS, accounting for 11.7%, and the median serum of IL-10 and IFN γ were higher than the patients without HPS (54.02 vs. 2.70 pg/ml, p < 0.001; 12.42 vs. 1.02pg/ml, p < 0.001). The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome.
