To elucidate the regulatory effect of CDKs on DRP1 phosphorylation in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines, we applied siRNA transfection to knock down CDK1, CDK2, and CDK5. The data revealed that CDK2 knockdown consistently decreased P(S616)‐DRP1 in CL1‐0 and PC9 cells (Fig. 6A and Fig. S10A). This evidence concerns the gene DNM1L and lung adenocarcinoma.
