Six genes, namely, Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor beta (ARHGDIB), long intergenic non-protein-coding RNA 526 (LINC00526), isocitrate dehydrogenase (NADP(+)) 2 (IDH2), ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 14 (ARL14), glutathione S-transferase mu 2 (GSTM2), and leucine-rich adaptor protein 1 (LURAP1), have been identified for the development of risk models to predict BLCA prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene LURAP1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
