Figure 1[18] displays the HPLC chromatograms of the chemical reference substances, WXKL, and negative samples of Panax notoginseng and Codonopsis pilosula. Previous studies have shown that WXKL may inhibit HF and arrhythmia by regulating the CaMKII signaling pathway [19–23]. WXKL in the treatment of patients with HF or arrhythmia can improve the exercise tolerance and is beneficial for the recovery of cardiac function [24–26]. Here, CAMK2G is linked to cardiac arrhythmia.
