In the SNA affinity chromatography B fractions (α2,6-SA glycoforms), the most prominent difference in PCa samples was the marked reduction of the α2,6-SA disialylated core fucosylated structures (FA2G2S2 (α2,6/α2,6) and FA2G2S2 (α2,6/α2,3)), which corresponds to the main glycoforms in standard PSA. This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and posterior cortical atrophy.
