RBM7 expression in breast cancer cells including SUM-1315, MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, ZR-75-1, and BT474 cells was found to be higher than that in human normal mammary epithelial cell line MCF-10A at mRNA (Fig. 1a, *P < 0.05) and protein levels (Fig. 1b).
