None of the patients with diagnosis of MS and MC alterations showed abnormal calcium and bone metabolism parameters; in particular, they were normocalcemic and normophosphatemic, with serum PTH levels in the normal low range and serum 25OHD levels above 30 ng/ml in 5 out of 7; total alkaline phosphatase levels were in the normal high range (Table 2). Here, PTH is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
