In addition, mice in the sh-SEELA1 (P < 0.05), sh-SEELA2 (P < 0.05), and sh-SERINC2 (P < 0.01) groups survived longer than those in the control sh-NC group (Fig. 4j), showing that SEELA and SERINC2 affect leukemia progression in vitro and in vivo. This evidence concerns the gene LDC1P and leukemia.
