The objectives of this study are the following: (1) assessment of peripheral pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines production under the treatment with NAT, especially the Th17 lineage, due to the important role this subtype of lymphocytes plays in the pathogenesis of MS, and (2) assessment of various correlations between serum cytokines induced by NAT treatment and the disease activity during the treatment period. Here, BRD2 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
