H3-3B and chondroblastoma: H3 histone, family 3B (H3F3B), associated with neutrophils in our data, has been described in several cancers such as chondroblastoma [27] and hepatocellular carcinoma [28] and in ovarian cancer cell lines [29], where point mutations or upregulation in expression of its corresponding gene caused dysregulations and transcriptional changes leading to disease onset and progression.
