CYP4F3 and cancer: Looking at the 30 over-represented KEGG pathways (Figure 6b, Table S6), it is confirmed that several DEGs between C + AFB1 and AFB1 conditions are involved in carcinogenesis (i.e., “pathways in cancer”, “chemical carcinogenesis”), immunity and inflammation (e.g., “cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction”, “TNF signaling pathways”), and drug metabolism (e.g., “drug metabolism–cytochrome P 450”, “ABC transporters”).
