The top five up- and down-regulated genes in ovarian cancers compared with normal control were selected for the analysis, including CD24, SOX17, INAVA, WFDC2, EPCAM, AOX1, REEP1, BNC1, HAND2, and GSDME. It has been revealed by our results that the expressional profile for the top five up-regulated genes of CD24, SOX17, INAVA, WFDC2, and EPCAM were validated to be consistent in the clinical samples with our meta-analysis (Figure 3A–E). Here, HAND2 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
