Under nondiabetic condition, RH showed no significant impacts on the neuronal activity (Figure S3A‐D) and performances in behavioral tests just as it did not reduce the expression of brain TRPC6, while TRPC6 knockout caused mild impairment of performances in behavioral tests (Figure S4A‐H), further implying that repressed TRPC6 was necessary for the RH‐induced cognitive impairment.
