We, therefore, tested the inhibitory effect of ANAM‐β on β‐catenin by measuring the expression levels of cyclin D1 and c‐myc in the bladder cancer cell line 5637, which displayed a high expression level of β‐catenin and NF‐κB and a moderate transgene expression efficiency in our previous studies.30, 31.
