In our study, we have shown that, in caerulein-induced AP, the level of oxidative stress-related indices (MDA, MPO) in the pancreas and lung, the expression of the NLRP3 inflammasome, and the level of NF-κB protein in the pancreas and lungs as well as the levels of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β) in the serum and pancreatic tissues increase obviously, which could reflect the activation of oxidative stress and inflammation. The gene discussed is IL1B; the disease is alkaline phosphatase measurement.
