We examined the relationship of HNRNPC levels with overall survival (OS) rates through Kaplan–Meier analysis and log-rank test in 61 glioma cases which were collected between 2013 and 2014 with a 5-years followed up information, showing that the high expression of HNRNPC seems to be correlated with a good prognosis (Figure 7E, Hazard Ratio (HR) = 1.892, 95%Confidence Interval (CI) = 1.103–3.244, and p = 0.0205). The gene discussed is HNRNPC; the disease is glioma.
