KEGG pathway enrichment suggested that the targets were highly enriched in signaling pathways regulating virus infection and immune response, such as influenza A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, human cytomegalovirus infection, viral carcinogenesis, human immunodeficiency virus 1 infection, Epstein-Barr virus infection, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, the TNF signaling pathway, T cell receptor signaling pathway and Natural killer cell-mediated signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and hepatitis C virus infection.
