Studies have shown that nearly 20% of the active components in QFDYG have a therapeutic effect on pneumonia model, such as Baicalin, Emodin, Acacetin, Luteolin and Taraxerol et al. They can regulate the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, most of them can inhibit the expression of NF-κB signaling pathway to play an anti-inflammatory effect (Su et al., 2012; Dai et al., 2017; Khanra et al., 2017; Kong et al., 2019; Li S. et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and susceptibility to pneumonia measurement.
