Out of 24 cases, Galeano-Valle et al. [94], studying 24 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 and venous thromboembolism, found 2 patients weakly positive for anticardiolipin IgM and anti–β2-glycoprotein I IgM, while anticardiolipin IgG and anti–β2-glycoprotein I IgG were negative in all patients. The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is COVID-19.
