Very interestingly, we found that DMTF1 RNA levels were significantly upregulated in both types of NSCLC samples, including LUAD and LUSC tissues by analyzing the TIMER database (Figure 1(a)), suggesting that DMTF1 might serve as an oncogene in NSCLC, and this did not go along with past studies. This evidence concerns the gene DMTF1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
